This four part Workshop takes place weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. It is great for beginners and advanced students who want to learn and deepen their practice. Many people are nervous to try yoga because they don’t want to get it wrong or think they are not flexible enough. This Workshop demystifies these beliefs to show that anyone can practice yoga. It’s not about how you look, it’s about how you feel. During the four days, there is an overview of the foundational yoga poses, focusing on alignment, more detailed instructions, and understanding where your body should be in space, as well as providing modifications for different postures. It is fully adaptable to meet the needs and requests of the participants, offering dialogue with open questions and answers. People will leave feeling more confident and knowledgeable about yoga. WHAT TO EXPECT: ✦ After we speak about what you are looking for you will receive an invoice for what you decide to book. A 50% payment is due to secure your booking. ✦ We will schedule the 4 part series based on your desired time frame - weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. ✦ The Workshop(s) can be held in-person or on Zoom (or whatever platform your company uses) depending on your location and preference. ✦ Reduce rates available for non-profits and BIPOC community. I understand that life happens. I require 48 notice for individual sessions and 72 hour notice for group/corporate sessions. When a session is canceled after that timeframe there is no refund. I honor your time and trust you honor mine. Same Day Booking Policy: Appointments that are booked on the same day may require rescheduling or being moved to a different time. I appreciate your flexibility.
