Hi I'm Rachael-rounded-01.png

I believe everyone has the ability to heal themselves, step into their power and live the life they want. I am here to help you do just that.

I am a holistic healer and guide on your journey to well-being, attunement and freedom. My mission is for you to realize your full potential and be your authentic self – to beYou.

For over 12 years, I have supported people in healing their bodies, minds and spirits through trauma-informed yoga therapy, Ayurveda, holistic life coaching, ThetaHealing®, mindfulness, and spirituality.

I want to be the best version of myself without being hard on myself.

I’m afraid of failure. I’m afraid to make a mistake. I’m afraid people won’t like me.

I find it interesting that fear comes up when expressing my authentic truth.

I am powerful (and have fear of my power).

I am a radical inclusionist.

I love glitter, purple and all things sparkly.

I am honest.

I am strange at times.

I don’t like mean people.

I have my own inner demons I battle.

I have suffered from depression three times.

I am very aware of my body. I joke I can feel the freckle on the bottom of my toe.

I am vulnerable and believe in the power of vulnerability. Vulnerability can be scary.

I’m very upset about systemic racism and oppression.

I am passionate about helping people learn to heal themselves as I have also learned to heal myself.

I am excited that I get to FINALLY be on my path and it feels really good.

I have the most amazing relationship with an incredible man who I married.

I love my home. Especially the art and furniture. The energy is really good here.

I love to create things and craft. I don’t spend enough time doing this.

I don’t like to be cold.

I enjoy when I physically feel strong.

I like to dance and move my body. I miss ecstatic dance.

I love my friends and family.

I love food and to cook. Food brings me so much joy.

I like personal development and to learn and grow.

I love to celebrate my birthday.

I love unicorns and fairies.

I like to dress up.

I love my curly hair.

I believe in magic.

I am loving, fun, and very open.

The Power of Yoga: Breath, Movement, Body – Unite!

I originally studied Yoga Therapy in order to heal myself, but quickly realized that I wanted to share these teachings and guide others to heal themselves. I’ve been teaching since 2012 and am very passionate about restorative, gentle, and alignment-based Yoga. I teach with a mindful approach to unite the body, mind, and soul in order to keep you present, grounded, and calm.

The Wisdom of Ayurveda: Nutrition, Lifestyle, Routine – Balance!

Through my own healing journey, I discovered the magic of Ayurveda – the ancient medicine practiced in India, dating back 5,000 years. Yoga and Ayurveda are sister sciences that complement each other; Yoga harmonizes the mind, body and soul; Ayurveda helps care for your physical and mental well-being by maintaining a healthy life through routine and diet. I am passionate about the benefits Ayurveda provides and enjoy sharing my knowledge.

The Gift of Empowerment: Living, Coaching, Healing – Connect!

Similarly to how you nurture your body, also your surroundings and environment have an equally strong impact on your well-being. My professional training as an architect equipped me with an eye for the details that matter when it comes to organizing anything. And just as important to how your external environment is organized, your internal environment has just as great an impact on you. My life-long passion and curiosity for personal growth has led me to a place where I am ready to share my learnings with others through coaching and healing sessions.

Through all my offerings, I provide a supportive environment for people to connect with themselves, slow down and let go of stress, so that they can be more present, productive and joyful.

My voice is strong, soothing, powerful, compassionate, and truthful. I want to use my voice to help people heal and empower themselves. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to support your journey to beYou!
