It can be challenging to take breaks and even more difficult to take them effectively. Work and life can be overwhelming at times or it may feel like there is not enough time in the day to get everything done. Research shows that taking mindful breaks increases productivity and overall satisfaction, balances emotional health, provides a creativity boost, enhances attention and performance, improves sleep and overall well-being, and reduces stress. Forming healthy break habits is important and learning to take mindful breaks is a powerful tool. It is a time to fully disconnect from technology and be deeply present. They can be practiced anywhere and for any period of time. I have three different options for this Workshop based on what would support your team or event best. PERSONAL BENEFITS: ✦ Strengthen your self-awareness to identify when a break is needed to revive and refocus. ✦ Cultivate inner peace, deep relaxation, and become more present in the moment. ✦ Complete tasks you have with ease and clarity. (1) SINGLE WORKSHOP OPTION – 60 minutes In this one-hour Workshop learn about the art and science of taking effective breaks in order to be more present each day whether you are at work, home, at an event, or out in the world. (2) WORKSHOP, 4 PART SERIES OPTION – 45 minutes each day Each week a different aspect of the Power of Taking Breaks will be revealed, building on ✦ Session 1: Introduction to Power of Taking Mindful Breaks ✦ Session 2: Practice Two Types of Mindfulness Breaks ✦ Session 3: Mindfulness Breaks in Motion ✦ Session 4: Mindfulness at Work (3) WEEKLY MINDFULNESS BREAK OPTION – 30 minutes ✦ Each week will offer a guided Mindfulness Break to cultivate inner peace, deep relaxation, and becoming present in the moment. This will allow whatever tasks that come next to be done from a place of ease and clarity. WHAT TO EXPECT: ✦ After we speak about what you are looking for you will receive an invoice for what you decide to book. A 50% payment is due to secure your booking. ✦ We will schedule the Workshop based on your needs. The 4 part series can be done over four consecutive weeks, every other week, or once a month. ✦ The Workshop(s) can be held in-person or on Zoom (or whatever platform your company uses) depending on your location and preference. ✦ Reduce rates available for non-profits and BIPOC community. I understand that life happens. I require 48 notice for individual sessions and 72 hour notice for group/corporate sessions. When a session is canceled after that timeframe there is no refund. I honor your time and trust you honor mine. Same Day Booking Policy: Appointments that are booked on the same day may require rescheduling or being moved to a different time. I appreciate your flexibility.
