As the seasons shift, so do our bodies and minds. Ayurveda offers profound diet and lifestyle recommendations that support ultimate health through the seasonal shifts. As we move from Summer to Fall, Fall to Winter, Winter to Spring, and Spring to Summer, Ayurveda provides easy and helpful practice we can put in place to keep us balanced with a peaceful mind. During the 60 minute Workshop there will be an overview of: ✦ How the seasonal shift affects the body and mind ✦ Diet and lifestyle recommendations based on the seasons ✦ A seasonal recipe will be offered SINGLE WORKSHOP OPTION – 60 minutes ✦ In this workshop, the current season will be addressed to provide supportive and easy steps you can take to stay in balance. 4 PART SERIES WORKSHOP OPTION – 60 minutes each day ✦ This four part series is offered each quarter during the transition between each season: Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. Each workshop will address the best practices to support an easeful transition to optimize health, well-being, and to maintain balance. PERSONAL BENEFITS: ✦ Learning seasonal shifts that affect your body and mind to bring yourself into balance. ✦ Receive diet and lifestyle recommendations based on the season. ✦ Get seasonal recipes to eat healthy and feel nourished. WHAT TO EXPECT: ✦ After we speak about what you are looking for you will receive an invoice for what you decide to book. A 50% payment is due to secure your booking. ✦ We will schedule either the Single Workshop or the 4 Part Series Workshop. ✦ The Workshop(s) can be held in-person or on Zoom (or whatever platform your company uses) depending on your location and preference. ✦ Reduce rates available for non-profits and BIPOC community. Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens. I require 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled after 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of your session. I honor your time and trust you honor mine. Appointments that are booked in the same day may require rescheduling or being moved to a different time. I appreciate your flexibility.
