Whether you're a beginner, returning to yoga, or want to deepen your current practice, private yoga sessions are a great way to get personalized attention to meet your needs and goals. By working one-on-one we can address concerns and insecurities that might be holding you back from either practicing yoga or going to the next level with your practice. Through my two years of training as a yoga teacher with and emphasis in Yoga Therapy, I learned how to support people on their healing journey. If you are dealing with acute or chronic pain, a customized yoga class can really address your specific challenge, and together we can create a daily practice for you to follow. PERSONAL BENEFITS: ✦ Learn proper and safe alignment, and how to use props to deepen or modify a posture. ✦ Gain strength, flexibility, and develop more body awareness. ✦ Walk away with specific postures for you to practice daily to improve your overall well-being. WHAT TO EXPECT: ✦ Session length: 60 minutes ✦ Session location: Three options: (1) Held on Zoom (2) the beYou healing Space in the Outer Sunset, San Francisco (3) At your home or agreed location - additional travel fee applied to my hourly session rate (please inquire) ✦ Private yoga sessions with more than one person, it is an additional $20 per person. If you are interested in yoga for an event or the workplace, please inquire as rates are different. ✦ During your session we will address specific sessions and goals that you have. If you are specifically work with an injury we will work on alleviating pain.
I understand that life happens. I require 48 notice for individual sessions and 72 hour notice for group/corporate sessions. When a session is canceled after that timeframe there is no refund. I honor your time and trust you honor mine. Same Day Booking Policy: Appointments that are booked on the same day may require rescheduling or being moved to a different time. I appreciate your flexibility.
