Mindful Flow & Meditation Class
Class length between 45-60 minutes. Can be offered without meditation.

A moderate class that is intentional and accessible. The breath is used to coordinate movement through flowing connected postures. By maintaining the focus on the breath and body alignment, mindful awareness is cultivated to become more present in oneself. Class ends with a seated or reclined guided meditation, and can be offered without meditation. WHAT TO EXPECT: ✦ After we speak about what you are looking for you will receive an invoice for what you decide to book. A 50% payment is due to secure your booking. ✦ Classes can be offered weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly or as a one-off session. Class length can change to fit your schedule. ✦ Discounts available for ongoing classes with a 3 month contract. ✦ Class scheduling will occur to accommodate your needs. We will discuss the best times and days to hold classes. ✦ Yoga classes can be held in-person or on Zoom (or whatever platform your company uses) depending on your location and preference. ✦ Reduce rates available for non-profits and BIPOC community. I understand that life happens. I require 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled after 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of your session. I honor your time and trust you honor mine. Appointments that are booked in the same day may require rescheduling or being moved to a different time. I appreciate your flexibility.
