Service Description
Everyone has the power to heal themselves, to be themselves, to create the life they truly want; to beYou. We can get in our own way, feel stuck, self-sabotage, and be too self-critical. Whatever the habit, it’s important to connect back to yourself so that you can live your best life aligned with your authentic truth. Through my personal experience of learning and continuing practice as an Intuitive Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Practitioner, and Holistic Life Coach, it is my pleasure to support you on your own individual path to self healing. My influences range from Reiki, QiGong, movement, breath, and if desired plant medicine, I will work with you to heal your body, mind & soul. We will work together to integrate your physical, emotional and intellectual self, while also improving your social and spiritual connections. If one area of these is compromised, it will most likely affect the others. By aligning all aspects of yourself, you will become empowered to live your best, happiest and healthiest life. WHAT TO EXPECT: ✦ Session length: 60-90 minutes. Due to the nature of the healing work to be done, more time may be required. ✦ Price: $110 for 60 minutes, $140 for 75 minutes, and $170 for 90 minute. Additional time is billed at 15 minute increments at a rate of $30. BIPOC discounts available, please inquire. ✦ Plant Medicine: Please book a 15 minute consultation to inquire about a plant medicine session. ✦ Travel Fee: Sessions are held in my healing space. If for some reason there is a strong preference to have a session in your space, we can discuss this and a travel fee will apply. Please inquire. ✦ Note: I am not a certified massage therapist. I have training in Ayurvedic Bodywork and Yoga Therapy.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens. I require 48 notice for individual sessions and 72 hour notice for group/corporate sessions. When a session is canceled after that timeframe there is no refund. I honor your time and trust you honor mine. Same Day Booking Policy: Appointments that are booked on the same day may require rescheduling or being moved to a different time. I appreciate your flexibility.
