Gentle Yoga is for every-body regardless of your age, experience, size or shape of your body. It’s a great place to start or continue your yoga practice regardless of your experience, physical limitations, and strength. This class is also great for those recovering from or currently experiencing injuries and/or pain. During this class you will use your breath as your guide to gently move, while listening to what your body needs. Taught at a slow pace with therapeutic postures and sometimes QiGong movements, your body, mind, and soul will thank you for taking this time to practice. PROPS FOR CLASS: ✦ 1 strap (alternatives: scarf, tie or belt) ✦ 2 shower towels ✦ 1 bolster (alternatives: couch cushion, firm pillow, thick blanket rolled) ✦ 2 blocks (alternatives: chair or stack of books & sometimes tightly folded towel) *If you are in a financial hardship or BIPOC, please contact me for discounted rates.*
I understand that life happens. I require 48 notice for individual sessions and 72 hour notice for group/corporate sessions. When a session is canceled after that timeframe there is no refund. I honor your time and trust you honor mine. Same Day Booking Policy: Appointments that are booked on the same day may require rescheduling or being moved to a different time. I appreciate your flexibility.
