Service Description

The purpose this 30-minute free consultation is an opportunity for us to connect and get to know each other. We will discuss your goals and intentions to figure out how I can best support you and find the right program that fits your needs. I look forward to connecting with you!

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens. I require 48 notice for individual sessions and 72 hour notice for group/corporate sessions. When a session is canceled after that timeframe there is no refund. I honor your time and trust you honor mine. Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late, it's considered a no show and your session will be lost. Same Day Booking Policy: Appointments that are booked on the same day may require rescheduling or being moved to a different time. I appreciate your flexibility.
