Our Retreat Sanctuary

Imagine waking up surrounded by lush rice fields and jungle, with the sounds of Bali around you and nowhere you need to be except exactly where you are.

For the duration of the retreat, the entire retreat center is ours.

This is your space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, do the work you have come here to do — and simply enjoy being in Bali.

The sanctuary has been chosen to give you both connection and privacy, with beautiful communal spaces alongside places to retreat and be alone.

Your Home in Bali

The retreat center sits amongst the rice fields and jungle, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, spas and the center of Ubud.
You'll have access to:
  • Swimming pool overlooking the landscape

  • Sauna and cold plunge

  • Balinese daybeds and private spaces for reflection

  • Beautiful communal dining and gathering spaces

  • Fire pit

  • Spaces for yoga, meditation and group work

  • Lush outdoor areas surrounded by nature

Each bedroom has been individually designed around a different chakra, with its own character and private bathroom.

Every room includes:
  • Private ensuite bathroom

  • Purified drinking water

  • Natural locally crafted toiletries

  • Protective mosquito net

  • A crystal connected to your room's corresponding chakra

  • Daily housekeeping

And because this is Bali, nature is very much part of the experience. The retreat center is nestled into the jungle beside the rice fields, so you can expect the occasional mosquito, bug, bat, frog or gecko. Bug spray is provided!

Your Daily Rhythm

334A1829.JPG

Each day combines space to reconnect with your body, time to reflect and opportunities to do the deeper work you've come to Bali for.

Daily Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama & Cacao

The daily yoga practice is tailored to the group and suitable for all levels, including those navigating injuries.

Expect a blend of gentle, therapeutic, slow-flow, restorative and alignment-based practices alongside pranayama (breath practices), meditation and Cacao Ceremonies.

Group Coaching

Through guided group exercises and coaching tools, you’ll identify and overcome some of your blocks, so that you can take clear aligned action towards your vision, goals, and authentic self. By combining somatic (body) awareness with powerful coaching tools in a group setting, you'll move beyond the mindset work to create meaningful, lasting change.

If you want to go deeper and enhance your growth, you can receive more support with additional 1:1 coaching before and after Bali with 3, 6 and 10 Coaching Sessions Packages.

Additional Retreat Sessions
  • Opening & Closing Ceremony

  • Evening Restorative Yoga with Balinese Sound Healing

Optional Activities During the Retreat
  • Evening meditation

  • Ecstatic Dance at 7pm (15 minute walk from the retreat center and payment not included in the retreat price)

  • Free time to choose what you want to do (shopping, beach, spa, massage, rest at the retreat center)

  • Optional evening connection time

The intention isn't to fill every minute of your day.
It's to create the conditions for meaningful change while giving you the space to listen to yourself.

Space to Be

There will be plenty for us to explore together, but you won't be expected to spend every waking moment in the group.

Personal time is deliberately built into the retreat so you can rest, reflect or do whatever feels right for you.

You might choose to:

  • Explore Ubud

  • Go shopping

  • Visit the beach

  • Enjoy a spa treatment

  • Sit by the pool with a book

  • Simply do absolutely nothing

Your personal activities and any additional treatments are not included in the retreat investment.

Your Balinese Experience

Bali is more than the backdrop to this retreat. It is part of the experience.

Its beauty goes beyond the stunning landscape.
It is the depth of the culture, the genuine kindness of the people, the daily rituals, and the incredible food.

Located in Ubud, meaning "Medicine" in Balinese

Ubud is known as a place of healing and creativity, and during the retreat you'll have the opportunity to experience aspects of Balinese culture rather than simply observe it from the outside.

Bali-Collage-1.JPG
Immersive Balinese Cultural Experiences

You will experience the way Balinese people incorporate ritual into daily life through the art of making offerings, visit a sacred water temple for a purification ceremony and explore some of the island's unique traditions.

The intention is for Bali itself to become part of your experience, a place to slow down, reconnect and see things differently.

I look forward to sharing it with you.

A Few Things to Know

Getting to the Retreat Center

Airport transfer or pick-up within Ubud are included, plus transportation for the retreat activities, with the exception of any you require for excursions not included in the retreat

The retreat center itself is tucked away from the road and can be accessed by foot or motorbike.

When you arrive, your luggage will be transported for you. You can then either walk approximately eight minutes to the center or ride on the back of a motorbike, which takes around two minutes.

A note about accessibility

The retreat center and Bali are not particularly wheelchair accessible. The approach includes uneven surfaces, walking and stairs, and this may not be suitable for everyone.

If you have questions about whether the retreat environment will work for you, please contact me before booking.

Soaking Tubs
The Jade Room in Tier 2 and Sodalite Room in Tier 3 have soaking tubs. These are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Nature is Part of the Experience
You're staying amongst the jungle and rice fields, so bugs, mosquitoes, bats, frogs and geckos are part of the deal. Bug spray is provided.

The Retreat is Intimate
There are only 8–12 places, allowing the experience to remain personal and ensuring you receive the support and attention you need.
