I offer ongoing diet and lifestyle coaching based on the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. These sessions can vary in length from 30-60 minutes, and require a minimum of a 3-month commitment. These weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions not only provide ongoing guidance on the best diet and lifestyle routines to support your ultimate wellness, but also help hold you accountable to achieve your health goals. We are all unique. Having one-on-one sessions provides an opportunity to offer custom tailored recommendations to support your well-being. WHAT TO EXPECT: ✦ Session length: 30-60 minute sessions held on Zoom ✦ Meet weekly, bi-weekly (every other week), or monthly to address any questions, health goals, and fine-tune a routine that supports your well-being. ✦ Minimum 3-month commitment. Price varies based on frequency. ✦ We will work together to come up with a time frame commitment that works for you. Making a commitment to a certain amount of sessions will not only help you achieve your health goals, but will also hold you accountable.
I understand that life happens. I require 48 notice for individual sessions and 72 hour notice for group/corporate sessions. When a session is canceled after that timeframe there is no refund. I honor your time and trust you honor mine. Same Day Booking Policy: Appointments that are booked on the same day may require rescheduling or being moved to a different time. I appreciate your flexibility.
