The Power of the Breath

Service Description
The breath is our life-force. It is a powerful tool because it can provide us with information on how we are doing in any given moment. Learning effective breathing enhances mental clarity, supports better digestion, improves sleep, and the body’s immune response, plus reduces levels of stress. During this Workshop effective breathing methods will be taught to soothe the nervous system and provide the body with all the benefits. PERSONAL BENEFITS: ✦ Learn how to become aware of your breath so you can notice if you are stressed, agitated, calm, excited, etc. and be able to adjust how you are feeling. ✦ Become more present and support your overall well-being by learning simple breathing practices. ✦ Deepen your connection with your body and yourself. WHAT TO EXPECT: ✦ After we speak about what you are looking for you will receive an invoice for what you decide to book. A 50% payment is due to secure your booking. ✦ We will schedule the Workshop based on your needs. ✦ The Workshop can be held in-person or on Zoom (or whatever platform your company uses) depending on your location and preference. ✦ Reduce rates available for non-profits and BIPOC community. Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens. I require 48 notice for individual sessions and 72 hour notice for group/corporate sessions. When a session is canceled after that timeframe there is no refund. I honor your time and trust you honor mine. Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late, it's considered a no show and your session will be lost. Same Day Booking Policy: Appointments that are booked on the same day may require rescheduling or being moved to a different time. I appreciate your flexibility.
