Stressed, feeling overwhelmed, comparing yourself to others, feeling not good enough, performance pressure, self-criticism... Does this sound familiar to you? When confronted with these challenges, building self-awareness by slowing down and noticing the breath can help to turn them into a practice of self-compassion. This practice will ease stress and self-criticism, teaching the act of self-kindness, which will radiate out to others. There are many benefits to practicing self-compassion: it increases motivation, boosts happiness, improves body image, reduces stress, among many more. This one-hour workshop reveals the power of self-compassion providing a tangible, easy and quick self-compassion practice to do in moments of struggle (it only takes one minute, or less). A 50% payment is due to secure your booking. ✦ We will schedule the Workshop based on your needs. ✦ The Workshop can be held in-person or on Zoom (or whatever platform your company uses) depending on your location and preference. ✦ Reduce rates available for non-profits and BIPOC community. I understand that life happens. I require 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled after 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of your session. I honor your time and trust you honor mine. Appointments that are booked in the same day may require rescheduling or being moved to a different time. I appreciate your flexibility.
