We are all unique and not every challenge has the same solution. Holistic coaching addresses the interconnectedness of everything, and in order to generate change, we need to touch on all areas of your life rather than a singular focus. There might be a specific area you want to work on, and most likely other parts of your life are also impacting the area you want to change. This is why my approach to coaching is holistic. Through working together you will feel empowered to realize your full potential. I will support you in stepping out of your comfort zone and encourage you to make your own decisions to live the life you truly want! By asking powerful questions and discovering the root of each challenge, I guide you towards creative resolutions that are really empowered by your own ideas. Through focused conversations a variety of techniques are used during the session. Some of these are: ✦ Body and breath awareness ✦ Guided meditations and/or visualizations ✦ Mindfulness practices ✦ Grounding practices ✦ Relaxation techniques This work is not always easy, through commitment, an open mind, and determination, great change can take place within yourself. I suggest a three month commitment with sessions weekly or every other week. Half-way we will check-in to make sure things are progressing in the right direction. ✦ After booking, you will receive a Coaching Agreement and we will find a time that works best to meet weekly or every other week. During our first session we will design an alliance of how we want to work together and review your goals.
I understand that life happens. I require 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled after 24 hours will incur a 50% fee of your session. I honor your time and trust you honor mine. Appointments that are booked in the same day may require rescheduling or being moved to a different time. I appreciate your flexibility.
