This agreement, between Rachael Freedman (coach) and you (client) is an "at will" alliance and all parties reserve the right to terminate this partnership at any time. This agreement begins upon the first session and will continue until the completion of work together. The agreed fee is payable in advance of the first session (unless a different arrangement has been set up). Additional services requested during are billed at a minimum of 15 minute increments.

The services to be provided by the coach to the client are coaching, as designed jointly with the client. Coaching, which is not advice, therapy, or counseling, may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in the client’s life or profession. All actions and decisions are the clients and the client alone is responsible for the results of their choices. The coach will encourage, motivate, guide, and help the client to achieve success. The real work, however, is the clients and how far the client goes and how fast they get there is largely up to them.

 

The client and coach agree to provide each other with fourteen-day notice in the event either wishes to cancel further services.

 

The coach promises the client that all information provided to the coach will be kept strictly confidential, and kindly requests anything shared that is personal with the client be kept strictly confidential as well.

Throughout the working relationship, the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The client understands that the power of the coaching relationship can be granted only by the client, and the client agrees to do just that: have the coaching relationship be powerful. If the client believes the coaching is not working as desired, the client will communicate that belief and take action to return the power to the coaching relationship.
